The Fargo DTC400e with magnetic stripe encoder is an affordable and versatile solution for printing multifunctional ID cards suitable for a variety of ID applications. Easy to operate, and virtually maintenance free, the DTC400e is the perfect ID printer for small to medium-sized businesses, schools, membership programs, loyalty clubs, and more.

The printer uses direct-to-card printing to produce professional full-color photo ID cards with clear images and text, and any number of security elements. This model, which features a magnetic stripe encoder, is ideal for ID programs utilizing cards for such functions as access control, time and attendance, checkout processes, meal plans, and cashless payment.

Along with printing on standard CR80 PVC cards, the DTC400 has the unique ability to print on cards as thin as 9 millimeters, thick technology cards, and rewritable cards.
