Featuring the power and flexibility of the Fargo HDP5000 printer, the Duplex with Single Lamination Card System allows users to create long lasting and secure ID cards quickly and easily. The HDP5000 quickly prints vivid, high quality cards thanks to its HDP (high definition printing) technology, where card data is first printed onto an overlaminate, then applied to the plastic card. This, along with a laminated overlay on the front side of the card, makes printed cards much more durable than the normal ID card.

Aside from durability and wonderful card quality, the HDP5000 has an innovative design that makes it easy for organizations to upgrade. Field-installable modules for double-sided lamination, magnetic stripe encoding, and smart card encoding mean that the Duplex with Single Lamination system can be modified in the future should your organization's card needs change.
