The Magicard Pronto is a compact and affordable ID card printer perfect for low-volume on-demand card printing. This single-feed printer delivers edge-to-edge full-color printing on durable PVC cards. Each card is hand-fed into the printer and printed individually. It takes just 35 seconds to produce a full-color photo ID, and only 7 seconds to print a monochrome card. The Pronto is well-suited for a range of ID applications, including employee and student IDs, membership cards, loyalty cards, and more.
Like most Magicard printers, the Pronto offers a high level of card security. It comes standard with Magicard's patented HoloKote watermark system. With HoloKote, you can apply a secure holographic watermark across the surface of each printed card at no additional cost. HoloKote help to prevent illegal duplication, and also adds an extra layer of protection against everyday wear and tear. Your choice of four HoloKote patterns are selectable from the printer driver. When used with Magicard HoloPatch cards, one area of the HoloKote watermark is highlighted as a high-visibility security seal.
Loaded with intuitive features, the Magicard Pronto is very easy to set up and operate right out of the box. The printer features a color-coded status LED screen, a USB interface and a Microsoft-certified plug-and-play driver.
