The Rio 2e gives you the ability to apply a secure HoloKote watermark across the face of every card you print. The watermark comes as part of a Holokote Custom Key, which allows you to use your own custom image or text as a watermark. It also makes your printer more secure, since the Key unlocks-- and locks-- your card printer. If the Key is not present, the Rio 2e disables printing. The Rio 2e also supports HoloKote Flex (optional upgrade), which lets you imprint the custom watermark at any size on any location across the card surface. When used with Magicard HoloPatch cards, one section of the HoloKote watermark can also be highlighted as a high visibility security seal.
