With incredibly fast print speeds, the powerful and robust Magicard Rio Pro ID card printer is built to produce high-quality and secure ID cards and badges. The single-sided printer comes with standard Ethernet connectivity, benefiting large, networked environments and allows multiple users to access the Rio Pro from remote locations. The Rio Pro is ideal for quickly producing professional customer loyalty cards, employee ID badges, membership cards and more.

The single-sided Rio Pro has a clear and intuitive 4-line display and features a 100-card input hopper and 70-card output hopper for easy batch printing. The printer also has hand feed capability for one-off printing. The Magicard printer prints full-color cards in 23 seconds and monochrome cards in just 6 seconds.

As with all Magicard printers, the Rio Pro comes with the built-in HoloKote system and prints a secure watermark across the face of every card at no additional cost. The Rio Pro also supports the Custom HoloKote Key, which allows users to use your own custom image or text as a watermark, and HoloKote Flex, for printing the custom watermark at any size or location across the surface of the card. When combined with Magicard HoloPatch cards, one section of the secure HoloKote watermark is highlighted to create a high-visibility security seal.

Dual-sided printing can be added to the Rio Pro at any time with an in-field upgrade kit. The Magicard printer can also be configured with magnetic stripe encoding, and contact or contactless smart card encoding.
