With the Magicard Rio Pro Xtended ID card printer, you can enjoy the same secure and efficient features of the Rio Pro while printing on longer ID cards. The Magicard Rio Pro Xtended ID card printer is designed to produce extra-long plastic cards for ticketing, accreditation, and product labeling.

Print cards up to 4.3" long (110mm) in full color using the Rio Pro Xtended’s double-printing mode. The printer can also handle pre-printed cards up to 5.5" long (140mm) by printing a CR80-sized (3.375" x 2.125") area in full color in a single pass or an area up to 4.3" x 2.1" using double-printing. In monochrome mode, print the entire length of a 5.5" x 2.1" card.

The Rio Pro Xtended comes with a 100-card Xtended adjustable card feeder (3.4-5.5" x 2.1") and a 70-card output stacker (5.5" x 2.1" card capacity). The Magicard printer is incredible efficient with print speeds of 31 seconds in color standard mode, 23 seconds in color fast mode, and just 6 seconds in monochrome mode. The Rio Pro Xtended comes with both USB and Ethernet interfaces.

Magicard’s patented HoloKote system is also included. With HoloKote a secure watermark is printed across the surface of every card at no additional cost. The Rio Pro Xtended also supports the Custom HoloKote Key which allows you to use your own custom image or text as a watermark, and HoloKote Flex for printing the custom watermark at any size or location across the surface of the card. Four standard HoloKote designs and one standard HoloKote Flex design are selectable from the printer driver.
