A major advantage of the Magicard Tango 2e is its ability to produce highly secure and durable cards. Like most Magicard printers, the Tango 2e can apply a secure HoloKote watermark across the surface of each printed card at no added cost. HoloKote provides a holographic overlay that not only works to prevent counterfeiting and tampering, it also adds an extra layer of protection from wear-and-tear. And with the Tango 2e, the HoloKote pattern is actually customized with your own logo and text in a Custom HoloKote Key. The printer also supports HoloKote Flex (optional upgrade) which lets you imprint that custom watermark anywhere across the card surface at any size. When used with Magicard HoloPatch cards, one section of the HoloKote watermark can also be highlighted as a high visibility security seal.
The Magicard Tango 2e printer comes standard with Ethernet connectivity, making it the perfect choice for users operating in a networked environment. With Ethernet connectivity, multiple users can access the printer remotely from different locations across the network.
The Tango 2e works fast and provides dual-sided printing capabilities. This enables users to print both card sides in a single pass, and expands the design area to allow for variable information on both the front and the back of their cards. In just 28 seconds, it can produce a two-sided card with full-color edge-to-edge printing on the front and monochrome printing on the back. And with a 100-card hopper and 50-card output stacker, the Magicard Tango 2e is well-suited for high-volume batch printing.
