The Magicard Tango +L is a high security, duplex ID card printer built to last with durable metal construction. This reliable machine has lamination capabilities, comes equipped with standard Ethernet and USB connectivity, and boasts a number of unique security features that apply to both card production as well as protecting the machine and its supplies.
Tango +L users can choose between standard or holographic laminates in order to provide a layer of protection against wear and tear as well as counterfeiting and tampering. With a standard holographic laminate, security is enhanced with little setup cost. For maximum security, users have the option of incorporating special laminates that include holograms, micro text and color changing images.
The printer comes standard with HoloKote, a special security watermark unique to ID cards created with Magicard printers. The Tango +L is capable of printing a HoloKote watermark directly on each card. When used in combination with a layer of laminate, an extra level of security and durability is created. With the Tango +L, the watermark is customized with your own logo and text and stored on a HoloKote Custom Key. The Tango +L also supports HoloKote Flex which lets you imprint that custom watermark anywhere across the card surface at any size. When used with Magicard HoloPatch cards, one section of the HoloKote watermark can also be highlighted as a high visibility security seal.
The Magicard Tango +L is equipped to handle single and double-sided printing and lamination. It features an integrated card flipper that automatically turns cards over to enable dual-sided card production.
The Tango +L is built with a lockable card hopper, stacker, reject tray and lamination film spools so that only authorized users with a special key can access cards and materials. The printer can also be setup to operate only when a unique Custom Key is in place.
