Police departments have strict security standards when it comes to police ID cards for officers and law enforcement agents. The AlphaCard Standard Duplex Police ID System is designed to meet those standards, including the government-mandated specifications now required for Texas police ID programs. Included with the system is the Magicard Enduro+ Duo dual-sided ID card printer, along with printing supplies, AlphaCard Professional ID card software, a signature capture pad, fingerprint scanner, and a digital camera.
With this system, police departments can produce highly secure photo ID cards that include each officer's photo, title and personal info, signature, fingerprints, and other security elements. The Magicard Enduro+ Duo prints both the front and back of each card in a single pass, saving time while providing more design area to include items such as fingerprints and signatures which can be imported using the included signature and fingerprint capture devices. Add Ethernet connectivity at any time with a simple in-field upgrade kit. This kit allows your printer to work easily in a networked environment.
The printer also comes with Magicard's patented HoloKote secure watermark system, which allows the user to include a holographic watermark across the surface of each card at no additional cost. This helps to prevent tampering and illegal duplication. When used with Magicard HoloPatch cards, one section of the HoloKote watermark can also be highlighted as a high visibility security seal.
The system includes AlphaCard Professional software, powerful, user-friendly software that simplifies the process of designing cards and managing cardholder information.

The Enduro+ is a single-sided printer which can be
easily field upgraded to double-sided by means of a simple drop-in upgrade. The Enduro+ Duo is

Card Security
The user has the option to print a HoloKote®
security watermark across the card surface. When used with HoloPatch® cards, one area of the
HoloKote watermark is highlighted as a high visibility security seal. A choice of 4 fixed HoloKote
patterns are selectable from the printer driver.
