The Standard Police ID System is geared towards police departments with strong security requirements when it comes to printing photo IDs for officers and staff. This cost-effective, all-in-one system includes the versatile Magicard Enduro+ ID card printer, powerful AlphaCard Professional photo ID software, a signature capture pad, digital camera, and all the printing supplies you need to get your police ID program up and running. It’s built specifically to meet government-mandated security standards for police ID cards.

With the Magicard Enduro+, police departments can print highly secure photo ID that includes each officer’s photo, name and title, detailed info, and their signature (using the included signature capture pad), along with other security elements. What makes the Enduro+ special is its ability to add a secure HoloKote watermark across the surface of each printed card. The HoloKote watermark is viewable only when cards are held at an angle. This enhances visual authenticity and protects the cards from tampering and illegal duplication, something that’s extremely important for police ID programs. The Enduro+ provides four fixed HoloKote patterns (waves, rings, keys, and globes) which are selectable from the printer driver.

The Magicard Enduro+ offers the ability to upgrade from single-sided to dual-sided card printing in-field. That means if your card programs grows to require dual-sided ID cards, you can simply order an upgrade kit rather than an entirely new printer. Like the dual-sided in-field upgrade, the Enduro+ can be upgraded in-field for Ethernet connectivity. This allows the printer to work in a networked environment. Multiple users can access the printer from remote locations using Ethernet.

Also included with this system is AlphaCard Professional ID card software, an intuitive platform that makes it easy to design high-quality photo IDs, connect with databases, and manage cardholder information.
