The Magicard Enduro Duo is an extremely flexible card printer that meets
the needs of both basic and sophisticated ID card programs. It quickly
produces dual-sided ID cards by printing both card sides in a single pass.
This process allows you to include unique information on both the front and
back of your ID cards, and can save you precious time and resources. The
Enduro Duo includes a 100-card feeder and 30-card stacker for batch printing.
It can produce a full-color ID card in just 35 seconds, and prints monochrome
cards in only 7 seconds.
Another exciting feature unique to the Magicard Enduro is the HoloKote
secure watermark system. HoloKote enables the Enduro printer to actually
apply a holographic watermark across the surface of each printed card at no
additional cost. From the printer driver, you can choose from four fixed
watermark patterns (globes, waves, keys, and rings). The HoloKote watermark
not only protects cards from tampering and illegal duplication, it also
increases durability. When used with Magicard HoloPatch cards, one section of the HoloKote watermark can also be highlighted as a high visibility security seal.
The Standard Secure Duplex ID Card System comes bundled with Alpha Card
Standard ID card software. Alpha Card is the premier software solution for ID
card design and management. With Alpha Card Standard, you can design and
print professional IDs for a wide range of applications. The software also
provides live connectivity with file-based data sources, and offers easy
integration with digital cameras, scanners, signature capture pads, and other
devices. Alpha Card Standard software is extremely user-friendly, with
step-by-step cardholder enrollment wizards, design templates, searchable
record and report centers, and more.
The Enduro is a single-sided printer which can be
easily field upgraded to double-sided by means of a simple drop-in upgrade. The Enduro Duo is
pre-configured as a double-sided printer.
Card Security
The user has the option to print a HoloKote®
security watermark across the card surface. When used with HoloPatch® cards, one area of the
HoloKote watermark is highlighted as a high visibility security seal. A choice of 4 fixed HoloKote
patterns are selectable from the printer driver.
