This versatile photo ID system make professional ID card printing affordable for a wide range of end users. The centerpiece of the system is the Magicard Enduro, a flexible ID card printer that offers the unique ability to upgrade from single-sided to dual-sided card printing in-field. That means if your card programs grows to require dual-sided ID cards, you can simply order an upgrade kit rather than an entirely new printer. Also included with this photo ID system is Alpha Card Standard ID card software, a digital camera, and a steady supply of blank cards and ribbon.
The Magicard Enduro prints durable, full-color ID cards that meet the needs of schools, small to medium-sized businesses, membership and gift card programs, and more. For added card security, the user has the option of including a secure HoloKote watermark across the surface of each card at no extra cost. This help to prevent tampering and illegal duplication. Four fixed HoloKote patterns (waves, rings, globes, and keys) are selectable from the printer driver. When used with Magicard HoloPatch cards, one section of the HoloKote watermark can also be highlighted as a high visibility security seal. The printer includes a 100-card feeder and 30-card stacker for batch printing, and can be upgraded to dual-sided printing with a simple drop-in upgrade kit.
Another key component of this system is Alpha Card Standard photo ID software. Alpha Cards is a powerful, user-friendly software platform that provides flexible tools that make it easy to design, print, and manage your ID cards and cardholder information.
The Enduro is a single-sided printer which can be
easily field upgraded to double-sided by means of a simple drop-in upgrade. The Enduro Duo is
pre-configured as a double-sided printer.
Card Security
The user has the option to print a HoloKote®
security watermark across the card surface. When used with HoloPatch® cards, one area of the
HoloKote watermark is highlighted as a high visibility security seal. A choice of 4 fixed HoloKote
patterns are selectable from the printer driver.
