All the Right Options
The P430i is based upon the same hardware platform as the P330i, so all of the options currently available for the P330i are available for the P430i. As with the P330i, the optional integrated smart card encoder for the P430i is a one-cable Zebra solution accessed by either USB or Ethernet connections.

The P430i printer also meets the European Reduction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) standards, which took effect July 1, 2006. RoHS restricts the maximum concentrations of lead, mercury, and other substances in the manufacture of various types of electronics.
